Welcome to DevHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the DevHub website located at https://devhub.sbs (the "Site" or "Service") operated by DevHub ("we", "us", or "our").

  • Free online developer tools including Base64 encoding/decoding, URL encoding/decoding, JSON validation and formatting, JWT token verification, OIDC testing, hash generation, and other utilities
  • Educational content including blog articles, tutorials, and guides
  • Links and resources to third-party developer tools and services
  • Interactive tool interfaces and calculators
  • Community features and content sharing capabilities

DevHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 No Registration Required

Currently, DevHub does not require user registration to access most tools and content. You can use our tools anonymously without creating an account.

3.2 Newsletter Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter or other services requiring an email address, you agree to:

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DEVHUB IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

13.4 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and DevHub.

DevHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Specific Tool Terms

15.1 OIDC Playground

The OIDC playground is for testing purposes only. Do not use real credentials, production secrets, or sensitive data. We are not responsible for any security issues arising from misuse of the OIDC testing tool.

15.2 JWT Verification

JWT verification is performed client-side in your browser. We do not store or log JWT tokens. However, do not use production tokens or tokens containing sensitive information without understanding the security implications.

15.3 Hash Generation

Hash functions are cryptographic tools. The security of generated hashes depends on the algorithm chosen and proper implementation. We provide tools for generating hashes but are not responsible for their security in your specific use case.

16. Advertising

DevHub displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may display other forms of advertising in the future. We do not control third-party ads and are not responsible for their content. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ads comply with applicable laws.

17. Accessibility

We strive to make DevHub accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. If you encounter accessibility issues, please contact us so we can work to resolve them.

18. International Users

DevHub is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to the United States.

19. Children's Use

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.
